Help!

So 3 days ago (tues.) i took a test and it was positive i took one more right after and it was positive again so i made an appointment for wed. to confirm with clinical test and ultrasound. One clinical test came back positive and the other one came back negative. Then the ultrasound didnt reveal anything and i had estimated i was about 3 weeks. The next day i took 3 more test and none were positive! So confused on whats going on i went in today for a blood test and hopefully will hear back tomorrow any advice or experiences on what could be going on is greatly appreciated! Btw this will be my first child and ttc for a year and a half! Included is a pic of the positive tests that i took that is giving me hope!!
