Pulmonary embolism

So I am 36 weeks pregnant and just been discharged from hospital after discovering I have a chest infection and blood clot on the lung. I'm now on antibotic and high dose blood thinners until I give birth. I am awaiting to see the consultant to discuss the birth plan now I am high risk. However am so nervous that if I have any signs labour I need to get checked as have to be on different medication during labour to prevent bleeding. So I am stressed about the whole birth now as this is my first child and now everything is going wrong and all I want is my peanut and me to be safe.
