Pee or water

So I went pee and ten decided to take a bubble bath while sitting in the bubble bath I felt what I thought was pee but when I looked it was clobs of jelly that has a little bit of brownish maybe blood I ignored it thinking it was just normal well I've been constipated and was finally able to use the bathroom lol after using the bathroom I stood up and a lot of liquid came out of me running down my legs and on the floor my mom thinks I peed myself and my doctor is being a dick and won't answer when it's supposed to be 24 hour hotline
