So I was wondering if a pap is absolutely essential to get birth control at 18. Cause I'm having anxiety about someone exploring up in there. Also I've been sexually active and I don't want my mum to find out. Cause it makes me really uncomfortable talking about sex with her. And if I do need one what is the best why to relax about it? And are birth control methods that aren't the pills?😫
