When people say stop trying

Everyone told me to stop trying and it will happen, what do they mean by stop trying? Like stop tracking everything or?

I stopped tracking, stopped scheduling BD based on fertile periods and stopped OPKs. We still used preseed when we did BD but that was it. 1st month not 'trying' and I got my BFP after 11 failed months. Good luck!

Obsessing over every little thing. Stop tracking stop testing. Just take your vitamins and bd when ever you feel like it. Don't make it a task to time everything. I know it's hard but it does work. I got pregnant in April like that. I had given up TTC and it happened. I unfortunately had a mc so I'm back at obsessing over everything and it's not happening lol.
