Clots with no pain? Tmi

Hey! Wanted to get some input on something that's been bothering me. 2 days ago after me and my SO dtd I noticed some brown/light red discharge only when I wiped and it lasted till The next day I noticed a clot after using the restroom. Every time after that I haven't bled since. There was no pain associated with it. I haven't been cramping just kinda tight feeling in my abdomen. Could I have been ovulating? If anyone has any input I'd greatly appreciate it.
