Yeah, the spike did not jump to above your other temps (above the cover line) so I'd say it was most likely CD22.

I wud say the 20th. Mine is very similar and been seeing a Chinese doc and she als says the spike doesn't als happen the following day. Cud take 2 to 3 days and if u get low temp then that's probably the day u ov.
