I'm starving need some help!?

So I have my glucose test today at 1230 pm and they didn't tell me what I could and couldn't eat!!! I'm so hungry!

Just eat normal.

If it's the 1 hour eat normal, if it's the 3 hour you must fast.

They told me I could have protein, like eggs & bacon but no sugars, caffeine, starches or dairy.

Don't do anything out of the norm. It's the 3hr test (if you fail this one) that means a small fast before hand. (If you end up having to do that one try to schedule it for first thing in the morning this way you're only skipping breakfast and the rest of the fast was just simply while you were sleeping) :-)
