Who's still Working Out?
I'm a fitness trainer, coach and instructor who lost around 60 lbs before I got pregnant. Fitness saved me from depression and changed my life forever! Now, I'm still teaching and working out - definitely modifying when needed - I feel it helps me work through hormone Ickiness and also balance the crazy cravings! Anyone else still keeping their workouts up?
