I've been having bad headaches and nausea before my period starts.When it does start I just feel like going into a coma (joking..exaggerating) but help

What I find helps is Advil or Tylenol. Or both. A heat pack or a heated blanket. I also love when my BF just rubs my belly. It makes the cramps seem to disappear for awhile.
