Sweep #2?

Hi all 
Did anyone have a second membrane sweep because the first did nothing?
If you did, did the second do anything ?!?

I've had Two and the first just made me loose huge pieces of muCas. Now the second I got Wednesday and I'm just crampy (today's my due date) and loosing even bigger chunks of mucas lol.

My midwife said thr only thing they are proven to do is help you not need to be induced by 42 weeks.  And even then its not gaurenteed.

I had 2, and didn't go into labor after either of them
