Does it take longer to conceive after having a D&C versus having a natural MC?

I opted to have a D&C last week after finding out I had a MMC 3 weeks ago. I'm just curious if it takes longer to conceive after having a D&C or a natural miscarriage? We're ready to start trying again as soon as the doctor gives us the ok, but nervous about the D&C possibly effecting how long we'll be TTC for.

My best friend got pregnant quicker when she had a D&C. Everyone is different so it could've been a freak thing. She got pregnant two weeks after the D&C.

It has to do with your body and how fast it recognizes that it need to drop your HCG levels. And let's you ovulate. 
No D&Cs don't ruin the chances of you getting pregnant. Again it has to do with your body.
I have never had a problem getting pregnant and I've had 2 D&Cs. I got pregnant with just one period as I was recommend to do. 
I am no a healthy 13w 5d!

Reason I had D&Cs done was I didn't want to risk infection with a NMC if it didn't clean our correctly. Also I couldn't watch my body reject the babies I wanted so badly.

Timing but for me I had two MC and the first one I had a D&C it took 8 months to have my son and my second one was natural and it took less than a month to get pregnant which I'm currently 38 weeks!

I don't think it matters. Like someone also commented, it really depends on how quickly your body realizes your not pregnant anymore and let's you ovulate. I've always miscarried naturally and the quickest I got pregnant was before my cycle even started. The longest it took was 3 months.

Nope! I've read that you almost have a better chance after a D&C because a D&C sort of just cleans you out and gives you a fresh start. We conceived on my first cycle after my D&C.

In my own personal experience, I had d&c's and got pregnant within 12 months. Since the last one I did at home, I haven't been pregnant in a year and a half.
I don't know if it's correlated. I just know it all sucks!!

I know someone who had a d&c and got pregnant before they even had a cycle.

We did natural and it took 3 months. I don't think there's any correlation.
