Symptoms, 9dpo and BFN's?

Hi ladies, so I've been trying for 10 months now and I've never had the symptoms that I'm having this month ever before but my tests so far are negative.

I have been feeling extremely exhausted, sometimes light headed, slightly nauseous at times of the day and since yesterday I've had heavier, slightly achy boobs, sensitive nipples also (not majorly but more than usual).

Although I've had these symptoms, I am only 9dpo, could I still be pregnant and just be testing to early?
