Strong contractions

So at one in the morning I woke to bad contractions like one min apart and my lower stomach was stinging I went to the hospital two days ago cause I was feeling sick and I'm 1 cm dilated 60% effaced I'm 37 weeks and my stomach aches and Ive been pooping since last night and keep feeling like that with a tightening stomach I go to the doctor at ten to be check could I be in early labor?
