Help? One worried momma

Okay ladies I am currently around 9w4d pregnant with baby #2 but unlike my first I have very little symptoms. At first I had terrible boob soreness, frequent bathroom trips, insomnia, and hungry all the time but now the only ones I really disstinctly have is the bathroom and being hungry. I have had no nausea or morning sickness with this pregnancy. Which is total opposite of my first I was always sick up to my 2nd trimester. So I guess I'm just wondering if this is normal for some? I have been to the dr at 7w but the didn't do a U.S or check for a heartbeat. And my next app is in about 4w. I'm super worried. I had no complications with my 1st please help this mommy out 😕
