Help !!

I was in an abusive relationship for a little over two years. Due to the abuse, I ended up being hospitalized quite a bit, which led to me losing three jobs. I have been getting my life back on track, and have an interview with a hospital on Wednesday. I was told they will ask why my job history is so horrible, but I'm in a dilemma as to how much I should disclose to them? I know this is off topic, but I'm really stressed. This job is what I need to help secure my future.
