Hpv during pregnancy

I went to the doctors a few days ago and was told I had hpv. She said it was a most likely going to be gone when I get tested again after giving birth. I don't have warts buying have a uti and am taking antibiotics and those always give me yeast infections. I took monistat. Still on antibiotics but I have a vaginal itch. Not sure if it's the hpv or if I just have a yeast infection still or something.
