I'm looking to breast feed with my last baby, I didn't have the time with my others and really want to make the effort with this one so here's my question,

I have used beast pumps in the past and they always really hurt or I don't get much milk, I'm a 36-38 D does anyone have any insight about what size shield to purchase?? I know the standard obviously doesn't fit my nipple and I've had real problems getting babies to latch in the past so I'm figuring that's why. They say larger nipples can do that. Anyone have large breast/ nipples and able to breast feed or pump with success? I would love to hear some pointers and what size you used...
