hi girls please answer me it's urgent

now I'm 27 weeks and 2 days pregnant I'm expecting to due in November but this morning I was hurrying out of the bathroom and I fell on my knees and since then I feel this constant pain in the bottom of my belly and also I keep going to the bathroom with the need to bee my baby is moving but I'm so afraid that I'm in labor please tell me what do you think and if I'm will my baby live if I delivered him now
