Is this baby acne? (Please comment if not)
Is this just baby acne? My son is 8 weeks old and doesn't have a fever and is acting his normal self. But he's had this rash for a few days now of small bumps around his cheeks, behind his ears and on his upper chest. I don't know whether it could be something else like eczema or something more serious?
