How do you transport your baby when you're out and about?

Question

If you're out and about with your baby, say running errands, how do you bring your baby with you? Do you put their car seats in the strollers or do you take them out of the car seat and wear them? Would love to hear some experiences- my baby always wakes up in her car seat and won't stop crying - I'm debating if I should carry her in a wrap when I'm out.

I use a baby sling! If she's sleeping when we arrive at the store then I'll just leave her in the car seat until she wakes up then once she does I'll just transfer her to the sling. My LO can't handle wet diapers at all and cries as soon as she's gone so I have to be super diligent about making sure her diapers not wet if she starts to cry! Usually a dry diaper and baby wearing is the ticket to shopping & running errands ;)

I wear my baby. She sleeps the entire time when we go shopping as long as she's in the carrier

I do both. If she's asleep when I get where I'm going she goes in the stroller but I have a baby k'tan in my diaper bag just in case. If she's awake or we're going somewhere crowded or taking public transportation she goes in our ergo 360.

I usually wear her! It keeps her calm and she doesn't ever fuss in the store. If it is just a quick trip in I just keep her in the car seat and put it on the stroller. She only likes her car seat if we are moving so if I have her in the stroller i have to keep it moving. I usually chose to wear her when we are out and about.

We usually wrap! I wear him while my husband pushes the cart and we shop together. I have done it alone before and it works, it's just easier with the help... Plus my husband oddly likes shopping. Lol

I live with my snap n go handy!!! It's smaller and easier to deal with in restaurants and stores than regular strollers. But zoo, walks or anything like that we use the big stroller and no car seat.

I live in cali so it depends on were we go. If it to the flea market or anywhere outside I put her on her carseat and attach it to her stroller because its always sunny and way too damn hott. If we are in a store I'll either wear her or just take her carseat out and put it in the car.

If I'm at the super market one my own LO likes to be in a baby seat trolly, she loves it! She's so nosey! If out and about I usually wear her,  so I have both hands free.
