Can your OB tell if baby is head down without an ultrasound?

I'm not due for an ultrasound until the end of September... 🙄 seems like forever ! I'm 31 weeks today and have an appointment on Monday. I would just like to know if she is head down.. Would my OB be able to tell by just feeling around my belly?

Yes they can just feel and tell if shes head down, but i knew before she told me because i felt her hiccups on my pelvic area lol if the hiccups are really low then shes head down☺😊
