Expectingly unexpected.
Today a patient told me congratulations, I had no idea what she was talking about and my hand was on the counter I though she was talked about my wedding set so I said thank you. She looked right at my belly and said congratulations again and looked down and laughed and said "Oh no, that's just my food baby". Oops looks like my work out plans not working 😂😭
