Placement of car seat.?

FTM and I don't know where to place car seat. Opinions.?

Middle is best, but in an instance like us, we have ours behind driver because the infant seat cannot fit in the middle due to our daughter's booster seat.

Middle is best. We had to do behind passenger though to use Latch and if you put it behind driver (which I would prefer) then only I can drive the car and not my husband. :(

I think it depends on your car's safety features. If you have side air bags you should put the car seat in the middle. This way the air bags don't knock the car seat around if they deploy.

We put ours behind the passenger seat because my boyfriend will be driving home and he needs more leg room but can't have the seat back far enough with the car seat right behind him.

The safest position is in the center. However, passenger and driver's side are still perfectly fine.

Middle is the safest but a lot of cars can't have a car seat in the middle. We did the driver side because I've read that on instinct you will turn yourself (the driver side) away from an accident
