Has anyone ever experienced your ovaries having a dull ache?

I have PCOS & I'm on medication TTC. I literally feel bloated & dull achy. (Not the same feeling as being bloated from food, much lower) Right next to my hips on both sides but more so my left. Not painful😊 just wondering if anyone has experienced this before!

I've felt it from ovulating, but if it lasts more than a day or so it could be a small cyst , as  sure you know, they usually clear up by themselves in a little while
