exclusively pumping/supply is low
So I was sick for about 2 days. I barely ate anything. Before I was sick I was pumping 4-5oz per boob, every 3hrs. My son is 7 weeks tomorrow and I don't breastfeed, just exclusively pump.
Now that I'm done being sick my supply is down and now when I pump I get about 2oz per boob every 3 hours. Why is this? Can it be fixed? 😩😩 I was doing so good, I'm guna be bummed if I dry up now because I was sick a couple days.
