Leave or go

Ladies my husband and me have been together for over  a year and married for a couple months... When we dated he had always put me second to his friends... I was the choice at 11-1 am... He stopped for awhile and then as soon as we got married he went right back to his old ways... Mind you I have to kids previous from another man. He is going out every night or day... And constantly is about his fb and cars.. We tend to come last resort if he's really bored. I have had so many talks with him and I'm just exhausted at this point... What should I do ??
