Weight loss in the right places

I want to tone my body, but I feel like if I begin to exercise I'm going to lose my boobies in the process. I'm a 38C and I don't need to lose my boobs in the process. My boobs are not full on the top portion of the breast already as it is, so this is why I don't want to lose my boobies in the process. I'm not a fitness type of person, but I feel like I need to get started somewhere and some how. I have always been a stress eater and I have been gaining weight on my thigh area especially, that I can't fit into my size 7 pants any longer. I went from a 7-8 to a stretchy 8-9 and maybe 10. I am so overwhelmed with college, personal life, and other things that I stress eat to often. Any tips?
