I got up at 5 am this morning, because I just have this crazy feeling period isn't coming. Do you see anything?

Seems to be very light.... i got these at 5 am but not sure if I have to consider as postive or not as my digital ones turns out to say not pregnant where as I got faint lines in blue and pink dye tests.
