Period Cramps 😡

I just got my period 2 days early this morning. My cramps have never been this bad throughout in my whole entire life of having a period. These cramps are making me so nauseous and having hot flashes. I don't know how I'm gonna do this today. Any recommendations to get rid of this pain?
