I had my son Almost 3 months ago. I'm formula feeding. My first period after PP bleeding came on time and was normal as before except it lasted longer because I got the paraguard (hormoneless) IUD towards the end. Me and my SO also always have unprotected sex and he doesn't pull out because I'm on birth control. My period is naturally very heavy and the paraguard is suppose to make it heavier and more painful. I got my period a day late this month but it's only spotting?? I'm on my fourth day and I'm not even bleeding enough to wear anything more than a panty liner and have absolutely no cramps. I took a First response pregnancy test the day my period was due and it was negative. What could be causing this? I'm not stressed and nothing in my life has changed. I couldn't be pregnant could I?
