My husband sometimes cannot stay hard.  I cannot feel him inside me when I'm on top sometimes. Sometimes it take a while to get him fully hardened.

How long has this been happening and are you TTC? My husband has a problem when he feels pressured. If he knows it's my fertile period he can't stay hard. Maybe something is bugging him or he's stressed. If not maybe ask him about going to see a doctor and tell him you are worried about him. There are a lot of things that can cause it some that are dangerous.
