okay so im 16 and im honestly panicking bc my period is extremely heavy, heavier than its ever been... ive actually never had a 'heavy' period but its hella hella heavy. is it normal? am i gonna die? do i need to go to the hospital, and no im not over exaggerating like... ITS HEAVY AS FUCK. i have to change my tampon every 30 minutes, literally. 😐 AND ITS A DARK ASS RED. HELPPPP. 😭 am i okay.
