I've posted on here a lot about my struggles to rent a house, and I'm sorry but I really need advice. My BF & I cannot seem to find a rental that will work out. We thought we did, I set up a time with the landlord to sign the paper work & everything but last night she texted me & told me it's not going to be available to rent right now & she doesn't know when it will be. I was crushed. We do have a pit bull, and that has also affected our search as well. My BF and I are both young, I'm 18 & he's almost 20. Would it be unreasonable to bring it up to him that maybe we should buy a home? Would buying a home so young be a bad idea? I'm so tired of being turned down & stood up by landlords. And I feel that most of them don't take us seriously because we are young. We have no rental history because no one will give us a chance. :( We are pretty much living at his dad's house & his grandmas house. I'm so ready to have our own place & so is he. I know that we are responsible people, who could handle our dog in someone else's rental, and we are finiancially stable. We would have a place by now if we could find a rental house that would take us.  Please give me some advice :(
