Hey guys,

So a few months ago I got off birth control. I was on the pill where you never get a period, so I didn't have one for 2 years, and am considering getting back on it. When I got off it I missed my first period and every period after that has been light but had more PMS like effects than it used to. This month I have no period but still have period side effects. I've been extremely overwhelmed with life and not eating very much, could it be that?
