Cramps in legs can be caused by low magnesium. Wait for AF is due & test again, you may have ovulated later, it's not over until AF shows! Good luck. ?

Okay so I have been wakeing up sick every morning for the past week and a half being neasuea but no puking. I took a test it came back negative. When should I test again. I also have been getting cramps in my calf's #hurts bad and having a very light crampy feeling nothing bad tho. Please let me know.

I've felt like that. Eat bananas and drink water, orange juice and cranberry juice. Its a deficiency of some sort. If you're anemic take your iron pills
