This can't be real!!!!!!!

So I've been TTC with my hubby for about 8 months and I finally got what I think is a positive!!!!! I'm 10 dpo and I felt like it was going to take forever to get pregnant. I've been off the depo shot since July 2014 and haven't even had a scare yet. Is this a positive??? Or am I dreaming??
