Does this look like hives or something else?

Approx 7.5 hours ago I got very itchy on neck, between breasts and in waist line. I was at work at the time and when I got home 3 hours later this horrible rash had spread EVERYWHERE. I'm not sure what it is, SO says hives. It itches like mad and has a lot of heat to it, swells and then a while later the swelling goes down and it has a slight sting to it, still red. Can't get into the doc since it's too late now, also no fever.
