To what I've studied men shoot twice when they cum first bit is sperm 2 nd is a block so if you were to have sex with someone else it would slow there's down anyway back to post question most guys do pull out at right time but there are times when they pull out and they have all ready set sperm off inside (unless they pull out to  wank at end ) and u actually only see the block stuff on top
