As baby turned 4 weeks old my mother passed away

Although I am getting through the days more catching up on sleep and cuddles with my baby, since burying my mother on Wednesday. its been a sad rough and exhausting first 5 and a half weeks with my beautiful baby. Does anyone know of any books or articles to read on grieving your mom while being a brand new FTM. It was sudden and unexpected I also had to handle all the arrangements as my brother was coming from across the country and my older sister is estranged and did nothing to help but caused some drama at the visitation as her own kids are not even speaking to her. Any postive books or articles would be appreciated. I will likely contact my work place EAP for some phone counselling as well. Thank you
