Crib placement: lesser evil?

Which place is better? I'm driving my husband nuts. The room is small and depending on how we shift furniture the crib is either under a ceiling vent, next to a window with a curtain (no cords and the side of crib is solid not slats) or on an exterior wall that gets cool to the touch in the winter. Help! Which is the lesser evil?

Probably the ceiling vent. All the vents in my house do not blow straight down. If yours does, you can buy a vent cover to change the direction of air.

Honestly? Ours is right above the floor vent and below a window: my lo has adapted and it doesn't bother him. We make sure he either has nice warm pjs on or a good warm blanket if we anticipate needing to use the ac.

Are you putting it in your room? If so why dont you get a small bassinet you could place next to your bed?

Maybe winter proof the window and have the crib inches away from it
