Relationship ended

Okay I'm needing some ideas and tips to move on from my ex, we recently broke after an almost three year relationship and idk what to do I still love him so much but he doesn't feel the same way at all, sometimes I'll think I've moved on and then he'll start talking about dating other girls and things like that and then I just get upset all over again.😔
