First Response digital Ovulation test

Hi, does anyone know about these tests? The call center is closed today. Today I got a question mark and didn't have more urine to test. I took the stick out and reinserted but the clock just didn't blink at all, nothing happened. Then I noticed the stick, when I removed it, had a faint pink line (see pic). I don't remember seeing this before. I can't find any info online - could I be ovulating? Thanks for your help!!! :)​
