How do you get your little ones to sleep through the night?

Ftm here... I think my boy (3months today) is ready to phase out some feedings but he's doing it first thing in the morning. He hasn't been eating or acting hungry in the mornings... But I would like to try and get him to skip the night feedings instead of his morning feedings... He is never confused and rarely fussy at night either.. Lately he's been more fussy but I think he might be teething or still dealing with late night gas that wakes him up often. Does anyone have any advice on how to schedule or deal with his gas/teething pains? And most importantly sleep through the night???
