Pushing/tightening makes cramp go away..
I'll be 21 weeks on Tuesday and a few times I've noticed I get a cramp with this weird pressure feeling and when I act as if I'm going to push or just tighten my abs up it makes the cramp go away. When I release the cramp comes back but if I do it 2-3 times the cramp Is gone. I stopped doing it because I didn't know if it was safe or not. Is this normal? I see my Dr September 13th but I was just curious if anyone else experienced this and was told its normal. FTM and baby has been really low since day one. Thanks in advance :)
