My baby has abnormal toes! Help needed

He's 9 days old and his toes have been like this since birth. They haven't gotten better or worse so far. The doctors don't know what it is and have referred me to a special dermatologist but he can't be seen for another month. I'm hoping my baby's ok and just looking for some insight. His other foot has two toes without any nail bed at all and they are shorter than the other toes. Anyone know what this could be or seen something similar?
