I need help

Me and my fiancée recently had the baby talk.! We are due to get married this coming January , and we decided that its time to try having a baby. But i was recently on birth control for 3 1/2 years straight and just got off. (Last shot was in march) any tips on how to conceive faster.? That anybody on here has tried and been successful?
