Cankor sores?

I've gotten them since I was little and I can't figure out a way to prevent them. Anyone know any tips?

This one is actually supported by studies ... Take vitamin B12. Canker sores are autoimmune (you don't "catch" them). And B12 helps regulate your immune system. I used to get ones that were so bad I could barely talk for a week or two till they healed, and that was every couple of months… And I started taking 1000 mg a day of B12 and they stopped… If I feel one coming on I double up and I haven't gotten one in years!

We used to get them from dirty water or sharing drinks. Gargle apple cider vinager mixed with salt water. That will kill any harmful bacteria and bring your mouth ph level back to normal. Or half cup water mixed with 1/3 sea salt and use like a mouth wash. Both work but i could never handle the straight salt water.
