Are bath bombs safe?

I ordered a bath bomb and I'm dying to use it after being on my feet all day. But I heard they could be bad for the baby while pregnant. Mainly the essential oils used in them. What do you all think?

I've also heard the oils can be dangerous, but I use Epsom salts every now and then. Baby is fine and the salts help my soreness :)

I use lush stuff and got told that they only use a small amount of oils in the bath bombs so they are safe. I think it's just really high amounts of some oils that are dangerous

It depends on the oil. I manufacture natural products and i always advise pregnant women to stay away from peppermint oil and citrus types because they can cause contractions. Alot of bath bombs are made using fragrance oil and not essential oil so you may be okay.
