You should brush your tongue every time you brush your teeth. The white is a build up of debris and bacteria so maybe you should go see the dentist or oral surgeon idk why you'd have a sore patch

I had oral thrush two months ago and it looked exactly like this and my tongue hurt so bad. I would see a doctor they'll give you antifungal mouth wash
